How Things Work
We strive to make sure our customers get the best products at the best pricing we can provide at all times. Below are some of the things you might run into or have questions about during your visit here.
Inventory stock status is kept updated throughout the day. Occasionally an item showing in stock may go out of stock by the time you finish placing your order. In these cases, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. All quantities listed in stock are physically in stock in our warehouse. We do not drop ship from manufactures.
Out Of Stock Items
If a item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it at that time, the add to cart button will be replaced with a add to waiting list button. If you add the item to the waiting list, the system will send you a email as soon as the item is back in stock and able to be purchased.
All orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card or confirmed ship to address of a PayPal account. If you have a PO Box as the billing address, enter the ship to address on the order and enter the PO Box address in the comment box during checkout.
Cancel or Modifying an order
Once your order is placed we can not cancel or modify it due to our system being automated. If its to late to cancel your order you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy
